Hello, I’m here
Hello, I’m here with youI breathe, my root relaxes
I smile
It feels warm inside
Slowing down mental noise
Sitting in my throne,
I dictate my PEACE with me,
the sovereignty over my body and my feeling
… I release… I exile this
sense of running behind time,
of being late
to a “outside place,”
this anxiety of being late
… exhausts me.In my kingdom there is only the HERE and NOW,
the pause is part of the rhythm,
the step enjoyed is the one that builds the
way to the heart,
time is an ally in co creation,
it expands with deep breath in the present moment,
Everything vibrates,
and the frequency of vibration
connects us in this Universe of Possibilities.
It’s not just time,
it’s vibration frequency.Breathe, feel, feel yourself …
that warm tingling,
is the fire of life in each of your cells,
is the memory of your
INNER DREAM.
