Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, but it normally takes from 1 to 3 working days ( for details, see individual items).
I will inform you at all times of the status of your order.
I carefully pack every order, protecting the jewel with bubble wrap. I also include a beautiful handmade envelope, and and small box in every order.

All orders ship with TRACKING NUMBER.
All orders ship with insurance in case the shipment is lost or damaged.
I work with Chit Chats Carrier that offers the best shipping options I've found until now. Chit Chats carrier works with Canada Post for shipping within Canada, with USPS for shipping to the US, and with USPS ASENDIA for international shipping.
Within Canada
Estimated Delivery Time: 2-8 business days
Canadian delivery estimates may be greater for shipments to remote addresses (Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon).
U.S.
Estimated Delivery Time: 2-8 business days
Domestic delivery estimates vary for destinations outside of the contiguous United States. The contiguous U.S. excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO destinations.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
AT THE MOMENT WE ARE NOT SHIPPING TO THE EU.
Starting from 1 july 2021, a new regulation on EU VAT has been implemented for all distance sellers.
While we see the best way for us to adapt to this new regulation, we suspend all shipments to the European Union.
Custom and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges

Conditions of return
I cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach my workshop. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I cannot accept returns sent to due postage.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
It is important that your products are in the same condition as they were delivered, retaining their original packaging and labelling. Along with the returned items I need you to include proof of purchase, your name, surname, address (specifying that this is a return in the package) and a phone number for us to contact you if there is a problem with your return.
Returned items will be carefully inspected. Once verified that they are in perfect condition will proceed to pay the amount. The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please note that the return cannot include the shipping costs for your initial order.
